you know what, its so hard to build that confidence in loving yourself, because of the stereotype that people should be thin. and its much harder to maintain that  confidence you gain. more pressure to a girl like me. 


you want to be like that girl you've seen whether on tv or people in your surrounding, and you began to search for that type of clothing. the next thing you know that, its not gonna fit you like you expected. expectation leads to disappointments when you didnt acheived it.


you can say we should try harder, which is still an ongoing process for me. i try to exercise, only to find that my weight will just be maintained and not going down. "shouldve tried harder, but i dont know what should i do" kata hati. eating healthy? mcm sume org, as a student, bile time2 peak mcm nk exam, i always find myself eating when i was in distress. its normal. pena skali i tried to starve myself but nak study xde tenaga, and i still belief its not healthy

im happy the way i am :) but its always these little things when i want to shop, made my confidence to be shaky.

i think fashion should be divided to two, one for normal people (all body types, because we are all pretty!) and one for the fashion we have now
